Demi-Chef: Bakery/Pastry and line commis.

experience 2+ years experience.

Be able to use recipes to make basic breads like focaccia, cakes from scratch, cake balls, basic European pastries and handle cold station with basic appetisers and salads.

Full and part time available.

We make almost everything in-house including deserts.

The Bistro is open for dinner only Wednesday to Saturday from 5-9pm. Lunch Friday and Brunch Sunday from 11am - 2pm.

We are a serious but relaxed tight knit kitchen made up of staff that are passionate and detail oriented everyone helps everyone.

If you ever wanted to learn real cuisine and from scratch cookery this is the place.

What we don't do is overly fru fru stuff that uses a lot of equipment and chemicals and calling it fine dining.

Come see how great it is to get out of the rat race and live in a small town. Rents from $700 - 800 for a two bedroom, hardly any traffic, easy going people. As a life style I found fun bars, decent pizza place, cheap Mexican restaurants and great outdoors stuff including a river, golf course and parks.
