DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare high-quality food items following standardized recipes.
Serve meals or prep for delivery with correct portioning and standards.
Ensure food is at the correct temperature and appealing; taste test all items.
Follow established ticket collection and record-keeping procedures.
Clean kitchen and maintain high cleanliness standards after service.
Store or discard excess food per safe food-handling procedures.
Maintain cleanliness of refrigerators and storerooms.
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
Assist in production planning, ordering, and receiving of food and supplies.
Report maintenance needs or accidents to the supervisor.
Attend in-service and safety meetings; follow safety standards.
Maintain good relationships with coworkers and managers.
Ensure proper food presentation, portion control, and temperature maintenance.
Follow safety practices like using gloves, oven mitts, and slip-resistant shoes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
