LINE COOK We are looking for a professional line cook to prepare food to exact specifications, set up chef's tables and cook for members. Responsibilities include assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks, preparing food for service, cooking menu items to spec, set up and stocking of stations, maintaining a clean work station and kitchen, and maintaining a positive and professional approach with coworkers and members. The candidate must comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
DISHWASHER As our dishwasher/kitchen helper you'll play an important part in providing our members with excellent F&B service. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain commercial kitchen experience and eventually work as a cook, server or chef. This opportunity will also allow you to gain valuable experience learning how to prep food and learn to cook on the line. You'll also get the opportunity to interact with members by setting and clearing tables, bringing out food and cleaning the dining area.
