We are currently looking for full/part time.
B.O.H. Candidates Must-
Be able to work weekends
Able to scale recipes and follow directions
At times it might be necessary to lift up to 50lb
Must be able to manage time on your shift/schedule
s/he must be able to operate kitchen equipment as well as have the ability to use knives appropriately and maintain their integrity
Experience working in hands-on, fast paced, high volume environment
Experience mentoring and training hourly team members
Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction to your teams
Experience in a casual restaurant or upscale dining
involvement/understanding of managing inventory, cost of goods and overall control of financial
Supplemental pay type:
Hourly / Plus over time. Working 5 days of week or part-time
Pay: $12.00 + Overtime / or salary
