Who we are?

We are a small local boutique meal prep business created by a nutritionist. This is our 5th year in business, and we make 400-450 healthy custom meals every Sunday. Our commercial kitchen is located at 3400 Comsouth (Ghostline Kitchens). We love healthy produce and use a ton of veggies to create balanced, healthy meals! We focus on helping clients lose weight and keep it off sustainably. Our assistant chef is moving soon, so we need to hire someone ASAP! .

Who Are You?

Someone who loves prepping with a good attitude and a smile! Maybe you want to start a meal prep or catering business someday and you want to learn or need extra monthly income!

You like to have fun at work, but you are also consistent and extremely reliable. You have an eye for the important details. Having fast knife skills is a must. Speed is very important to the owner, and the ability to keep your speed and pace in a fast kitchen environment is vital. You are comfortable standing and moving quickly for long periods of time and are able to lift up to 50 pounds. You don’t mind taking directions or feedback from others and take pride in your work. You feel comfortable working alone on Fridays and reading a production list. You have availability to work every Friday and Sunday (Minus Holidays).

Start Date March 23rd, Fridays and Sundays only. Great for college students or chefs!

What You’ll Do:

Fridays 8:30am-4:30pm (8 hours PREP)

Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment (cutting board, containers, knives, garbage cans, produce bins, sheet pans)

Prepping and breaking down vegetables (5-6 CASES)

Garnish + Sauces + Limes/Lemons, Etc

Washing, chopping, and slicing vegetables, fruits, and meats.

Measuring ingredients accurately.

Pre-cooking certain ingredients as needed.

Dishes + Clean up

Sundays 7:30am-3:30pm (8 hours Supporting Role)

Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment (cutting board, containers, knives, garbage cans, produce bins, sheet pans)

Prepping Chicken 100+ pounds (cooking, slicing, weighing, cubing)

Portioning ingredients for dishes.

Help build, sort, and organize meals

Cleaning both Fridays + Sundays

Doing kitchen dishes at the end of the shift (push through dishwasher machine)

Taking out Garbage (2 bags) and breaking down boxes for recycling

Sweep/mop floor at the end of the day
