Who we are?
We are a local small boutique Meal-Prep business created by a nutritionist. This is our 5th year in business, and we make 350-400 healthy custom meals every Sunday. Our commercial kitchen is located at 834 Kramer Lane. We love healthy produce and use a ton of veggies to create balanced healthy meals! We focus on helping clients lose weight and keep it off in a sustainable way. Our prep cook is moving soon, so we need to hire someone ASAP! Our current guy also does delivery on Mondays, which is an option to work 2 days a week with us. $7/delivery + $25= $100-$150 for 4 hours of delivery every Monday.

Someone who loves prepping with a good attitude and a smile! Maybe you want to start a meal prep or catering business someday and you want to learn.
You like to have fun at work, but you are also consistent and extremely reliable. You have an eye for the important details. Having fast knife skills is a must. The ability to keep your speed and pace in a fast kitchen environment is vital, and if you have prior experience with references, that’s even better. You are comfortable standing and moving quickly for long periods of time and able to lift up to 50 pounds. You don’t mind taking directions or feedback from others and take pride in your work. Availability to work every Sunday (except 4 holidays).
Start Date June 1st 7:30am-2:30pm, Sundays only. Great for college students!
What You’ll Do:
Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment (cutting board, containers, knifes, garbage cans, produce bins, sheet pans)
Prepping and breaking down vegetables + cooking chicken in ovens
Carries in groceries, helps when needed with cooking, stirring, taking things out of the oven, etc.,
Cleaning:
Doing kitchen dishes at the end of the shift (push through dishwasher machine)
Taking out Garbage (4 bags) and break down boxes for recycle
Mopping floor at the end of the day
