Professional Cleaning for Short Term Rental Homes Needed (Airbnb)
We are looking for a reliable housekeeping vendor in Austin to clean our 16 short term rental properties (Airbnb). Our average group of renters stays for 3 nights. Each home is cleaned an average of 5-7 times/month. Laundry of bed and bath linens is included in the turnover cleaning and there is laundry equipment on site. We prefer to work with a vendor that has a team that is able to take on all of the cleanings. However, we will consider vendors that are only able to take over a subsect of the properties at the outset.
Essential Functions
Report any/all damage, missing items, maintenance issues, etc in accordance with company policy
Communicate any consumable supplies needs to the local Property Manager
Keep cleaning log up to date in accordance with company policy (checkpoints on the 1st and 15th of every month)
Complete all turnover cleanings, as they appear on the daily cleaning report sent to the vendor electronically
Deliver a clean property to groups of incoming guests
Requisites
Valid photo ID and able to complete a w9 form
Availability: Must be available 7 days/week from 11 am - 3 pm
Access to reliable personal transportation
Prior experience working as a housekeeper for short term rentals
Proficient in English language (written and spoken)
Has and reliably uses their own email address
Has a smartphone and feels comfortable using apps
Has access to a laptop computer and/or tablet
