Nixtamal is a popular high end Mexican food truck known for our regional ingredients and authentic flare. We pride ourselves on serving up high-quality, mouthwatering meals with a smile. We're a fun, energetic team, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for good food and great service.
Responsibilities:
Preparing and serving food to customers.
Taking orders and handling cash/card transactions.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Stocking and prepping ingredients.
Assisting with setup and breakdown of the food truck.
Providing excellent customer service.
Following all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous food service experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Reliable and punctual.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Food handler's permit (or willingness to obtain one).
