Position Requirements:
- Must have good work ethic
- Must be a team player
- Must be willing to work Friday and Saturday
- Should be able to work at least one year or more (considering candidate who can work for a long time)
- Willingness to learn
- Strong knowledge of sushi/Japanese Cuisine, but not required
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during stressful and/or busy times.
- Must be able to work as part of a team and recognize the importance of each team member's role in the guest dining experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older or in accordance of state law.
- High School diploma or GED preferred. Equivalent combination of education/experience will be considered. Culinary schooling preferred.
- Guiding guests through menus, demonstrating thorough knowledge of the food and beverages
- Taking accurate orders and partnering with team member to deliver great food
- Providing friendly and attentive service
- Assisting in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized and safe restaurant
Average hourly for hourly wage + tips is between $25-35/hour
We offer competitive pay based on experience.
Food handler's certification required prior to training for all positions.
We close on Sundays and holidays.
Open Hours Monday to Saturday 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM to 9 PM
