Yellow Bell Tacos is the new foodservice concept from John Bates, owner of InterStellar BBQ, Texas Monthly's #2 BBQ spot in Texas. The trailer is located at the new Austin Beerworks property in Northeast Austin. YB's menu is influenced by John's hometown of Corpus Christi and the culinary heritage of South Texas.
The right person should have some basic knife skills, understand time management and should be comfortable working in a food trailer. Experience working in restaurants a plus, but not required. Experience with tacos or Tex-Mex is also a plus! We are happy to train the right individual. This is a quick service, high volume model with an emphasis on team work and quality food.
We are looking for someone who is interested in diving in headfirst into the challenges of opening a new foodservice concept, and who wants to grow alongside us as we aim to become one of Austin's top taco destinations.
