We're looking for an efficient Prep Line in Cedar Park.
This role requires speed, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Prep Work: Execute daily food preparation tasks including chopping vegetables, mixing sauces, portioning proteins, and preparing simple components according to recipes and standards.
Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked prep area and walk-in cooler.
Quality & Safety: Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
Support: Assist the Head Cook/Chef with any basic tasks needed during service or breakdown.
Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and sanitize all prep equipment, tools, and work surfaces.
Qualifications:
Ability to follow verbal instructions and written recipes precisely.
Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.
Punctual, reliable, and a team player.
