Monster Cannoli is growing and we're looking for several friendly, reliable, and energetic individuals to join our event staff and represent our brand at local markets and events. This role is perfect for those who enjoy interacting with customers, working outdoors in a fast-paced, but fun environment, and takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly.
Our events are generally on weekends (primarily Saturdays) and last from 5-8 hours.
Tasks would include:
- Set up and tear down our booth at events
- Greet customers, answer questions, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take customer orders accurately and handle transactions.
- Prepare and serve cannoli to order with care and attention to presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized booth area, following food safety standards.
- Support the team with other tasks as needed to keep the booth running smoothly.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, engaging personality.
- Valid Texas Food Handler's Certification (if not already certified, we can help you get certified)
- Ability to work on your feet for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and flexibility in a busy environment.
