We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every product meets our high quality and presentation standards. This role involves working in a fast-paced kitchen environment where creativity and precision are essential. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing various baked goods, from bread to pastries, while also providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a wide range of products, including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency and quality in all baked items.
Decorate cakes and other baked goods with artistic flair to meet customer specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety standards.
Assist in inventory management by tracking ingredient usage and ordering supplies as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely baked goods production and delivery.
Adhere to food handling guidelines to maintain safety and hygiene in the kitchen.
Experience
Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food safety practices.
Proficiency in using kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and knives.
Experience with cake decorating is highly desirable.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
A passion for baking and creativity in developing or improving new recipes.

Monday to Sunday: 7 am to 3 pm
