Looking for a chef interested in leading the culinary side of a new small business. We're looking for someone who will take ownership, be willing to roll up his/her sleeves and take on many responsibilities, from recipe/menu research/development and costing to training/leading a BOH team to designing and ensuring safety and sanitation processes are followed.
Minimum 3 years kitchen management experience.
Must have food handlers certification and be ServSafe certified. HACCP knowledge preferable.
Background in nutrition, preferably.
NSLP or CACFP experience, preferably.
Startup experience preferred.
