JOB DESCRIPTION
Your job will include responsibilities to prep and stock the food truck, prepare and bag orders, serve customers, and keep up with cleanliness of your work environment.
These duties involve stocking the food truck, working with a slicer, cutting vegetables, handling proteins, keeping track of inventory, taking out trash, serving customers in a timely manner, all while holding a professional demeanor along the way.
You and your team will be given a full and steady work schedule, so it is critical that you show up on time and are able to work together with a clear communication style in what can be fast-paced and fast-changing work environment.

Wholly Cow is a locally owned and operated business that has been established for 12 years. We are known for grass-fed, grass-finished beef and locally sourced ingredients. We have expanded into the Austin food scene with food trucks that have permanent satellite locations as well as lunch and dinner food truck events.
We are also lucky enough to have just participated in some of the city’s largest events like ACL, SXSW, Pecan Street Festival and more. We are looking to expand our team for current projects and future endeavors.
