Hiring a superstar attendant to join our team of caregivers for full or part time employment through the TX CDS HCS program, a W2 job. Many shifts are open, such as 4-12pm; - weekdays and/or weekends - and flexible around our team's schedules - to make it all work together.
We seek assistance for our 27yr old nonverbal son, including but not limited to creating activities, routine, outings in provided vehicle, dressing, toileting, and light housekeeping. He is affectionate, silly, and very communicative using some sign language, AAC device, etc. He's very loving with rare behavior difficulties.
Experience with nonverbal, disabled adults is highly desired, but not necessary with the right person.
