CareFor, based in Austin, TX, is looking to hire caregivers to provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities that promotes dignity and independence for our clients.The right candidate has a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to provide many levels of support to our clients.
We have a variety of schedule opportunities that include full-time, part-time, days, nights, and weekends.
A Day in the Life of a Caregiver
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping and laundry
Medication reminders
Bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing
Running errands and grocery shopping
Transportation
Assistance with activities of daily living
Lifting and transferring
Companionship
Possible pet care
Qualifications
1 year of caregiving experience or CNA license
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Every other weekend commitment
Experience with Parkinsons
Great Personality
