What You’ll Do
-Deliver safe, high-quality home care services
-Follow and implement individualized care plans
-Collaborate with supervisors to ensure client needs are met
-Provide compassionate support that makes a meaningful impact
What We’re Looking For
-CNA certification (completion of an approved program)
-High School Diploma or GED
-1+ year experience in personal or direct client care (hospital, nursing home, or home care setting)
-Strong communication skills and a caring, professional attitude
-Ability to lift, stand, and travel up to 30+ miles/day
