RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures with efficiency and precision
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials to ensure a smooth and seamless workflow
Take patient X-rays and records as required
Educate patients on oral health and post-treatment care
Maintain and organize dental equipment and instruments
Uphold strict sterilization and infection control protocols
Contribute to a positive and friendly atmosphere for patients and team members
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a Registered Dental Assistant or pursuing such licensure with relevant certifications
Experience in dental assisting, with a strong knowledge of dental procedures (1 year preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A warm, caring, and empathetic approach towards patients
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and assist at front desk occasionally
Reliability, professionalism and a willingness to continually learn
Familiarity with dental software and digital imaging systems is a plus
