Full-time Medical Assistant (MA) position for small but busy established mental health practice in Round Rock. Please have an MA degree before applying!
This is a hybrid front and back office position, so front desk as well as patient care skills are needed. Front office duties include phones, computers, faxes, check in and collecting, insurance verifications, paperwork. Back office duties include patient phone calls, assisting with Rx's and procedures.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) and Coding/Billing experience are pluses.
We have a good office dynamic, which helps when things get hectic!
Current shift is Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, but flexibility needed anywhere from 7am-4pm to 10am-7pm. Benefits include PTO, paid Health/Vision/Dental and 401(k) after waiting period. Overtime potential. Compensation is competitive.
