We are looking for a dentist for our office located in the Cedar Park/Leander area in Texas. We are a well-established office that was built from the ground up with brand new, high-end equipment, digital practice management and patient engagement software. We only take Fee-For-Service and highly compensated PPOs.
We pride ourselves on delivering excellent care for our patients and build our office on word of mouth and referrals from existing patients' friends, coworkers, and families. Our staff are deep rooted in our communities so we are looking for an addition to our team who has similar attributes.
Our HYG schedule is booked 6 months out, and DR schedule 1 month out. Our current dentist would like to cut back on working hours and looking to pass the office to a trustworthy and capable dentist. Partnership opportunity is possible in as little as 6 months for the right candidate.
Qualifications:
DDS/DMD from an accredited University and a valid Texas license, CPR
At least 2 years of working experience
A strong sense of ethics and the ability to act with integrity
Effective communication skill to build rapport and guide patients
Competence in all aspects of general dentistry: ensuring accurate patient assessments and providing high quality recommendations and treatments for all oral concerns as well as cosmetic dentistry.
Expertise in problem solving and ability to lead: provide guidance and direction to dental assistants, hygienists, and other support personnel
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental care including examinations, diagnoses, and treatments.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with dental team members to deliver high-quality patient care.

Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing dental software and tools for efficient patient management.
