Role: Claims Processing Temp
Schedule: Monday thru Friday / 8am – 5pm (Training is 3 weeks)
Duration: 3 months, with possible extension
Location: Flexible on time zone. Most of the team is in ET
Job Duties:
o Daily data input and processing of claims
o Must understand and review claims (prior medical or dental processing experience is required)
o Processing and determination of claim
o Maintain SLAs and meet good quality
o Must be able to meet schedule without disruption during working hours
o Target volume is 19 claims/hour (135/day) once fully trained
MUST HAVES:
1. Need to have between 2 - 4 years of experience in healthcare claims
2. Need to have experience working remote
