Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented optician to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting eyewear that suits their needs and style while providing expert advice on lenses and frames.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with eyewear selection and provide tailored recommendations.
Fit and adjust glasses and contact lenses to ensure proper fit and comfort.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage inventory.
Stay current on the latest eyewear trends, technologies, and industry standards.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any inquiries or concerns.
Qualifications:
Previous experience REQUIRED as an optician.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of eyewear products and services.
