We are a fast-paced franchise group looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Individual to join our Accounting/Admin Team.
Part time – 20 to 35 hours a week but will also consider full time for a person with the right experience.
In this role, you will provide crucial support to our organization and will:
- assist with various administrative tasks
- take a lead role in document management
- assist with HR/Personnel/Timekeeping/Insurance enrollment
- assist with QuickBooks data entry
- special projects and other administrative tasks as needed
Experience/Skills needed to be successful in this role:
- Payroll processing and HR personnel management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Time Management and ability to prioritize work tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Can-do attitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Problem Solving – the right candidate must be able to think on their feet to resolve issues in an efficient manner
- Self-Motivation – much of the work is preformed independently in a fast- paced environment
- Computer Skills – strong computer skills are critical for success in this role. Typing, email management, Microsoft
office including heavy Excel experience.
- QuickBooks Desktop experience preferred.
Work from home position with occasional work from north Austin location near the Arboretum.
