Job Title: Korean Speaking Client Relations
Job Summary: We are looking for a Korean-speaking individual to join our team as a Client Relations Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone with no prior experience in staffing or client relations who is eager to learn. In this role, you will help ensure clear communication between our team, clients, and employees, with a special focus on Korean-speaking clients and staff. Training will be provided, and your primary responsibility is to assist with communication and coordination in both Korean and English.
Key Responsibilities:
Bilingual Communication:
Communicate fluently in Korean and English (both written and spoken) to support clients, candidates, and our internal team.
Staffing and Onboarding Support:
Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training, under the guidance of an onsite manager.
Help resolve any employee concerns in a timely manner.
Client Support:
Build and maintain positive relationships with Korean-speaking clients.
Assist in addressing client needs, concerns, and requests to ensure a positive experience.
Administrative Support:
Help keep accurate records of staffing activities and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
Fluency in Korean and English (written and verbal).
No prior experience required—we are willing to train the right person.
Preferred:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
