Teddy's Motor Sports is hiring Full Time Automotive Technicians for mostly big jobs that pay big money. We are not big on oil changes, wiper blades, air filters (not that we don't do them) but we like large flag hour jobs that pay the technicians big money in return! Automotive Technicians will modify cars and trucks in a prototype environment, performing a wide range of diagnostics, repairs, and SOME maintenance. But we Like AC Jobs, Timing Belts, Complete Brakes Services and the service advisor is the owner so he will get you PAID This role will perform independent project tasks and collaborate with customers and team members. We are looking to fill multiple . These positions are located in North Austin, TX. Candidates meeting the requirements for this Full Time Automotive Technicians position below are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Maintain vehicle functional condition by working off repair orders or leader instructions and conducting inspections
Repair mechanical and electrical system malfunctions and replace parts and components
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS YOU WILL BE CLEANING AND TAKING CARE OF MY TOOLS
Keep shop equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance, calling for repairs
Participate in daily shop organization and clean-up We work fun and hard but boy we eat good too Lunch is on us unless you want to take a break and get your own!
Updating Vehicle Software, Vehicle Flashing and Use Identafix
Retrofit Autonomous Vehicles BMW, Mercedes, Land Rover, Honda, Custom Jeeps, Toyota, Ford , Chevy Aston, Classic Cars, and You Never Know What Shows Up!
Shifts:
Are Optional and we focus on results not corporate at all
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00/hr. (Depending on experience and TOOLS )
Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Much Better if you have Drivers Licence - NOT A MUST
Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Mechanic
Knowledge of mechanical assembly and ability to operate shop equipment
Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Able to work independently and or as a team
