The Batch Plant Laborer performs tasks such as, but not limited to, maintaining and repairing mechanical systems and equipment, cleaning components and equipment, maintaining site ground, monitoring and reporting on material levels, moving material and operating equipment, as needed.
Ability to communicate effectively;
Ability to operate heavy equipment including a front end loader, forklift, and skid steer;
Ability to understand and follow verbal and or written instructions in English;
Must demonstrate a strong work ethic;
Ability to follow safety rules;
Must have dependable transportation;
Willingness to work some weekends and holidays as requested or needed;
Willingness to work varying job shifts depending on production needs
Valid class C driver license;
Safe driving record for the past three years
Some experience working with concrete
