Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support various construction projects, including fabricating custom woodwork like cabinets, furniture, and other wood items.
- Operate a range of construction and woodworking tools and machinery under supervision.
- Read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans with assistance.
- Ensure all projects achieve our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Assist the construction team as necessary to maintain smooth operations and timely project completion.
Work Requirements:
- OSHA Certification.
- Experience with construction or woodworking machinery is a plus.
- Keen interest in learning craftsmanship, precision, and construction techniques.
- Ability to take direction and work collaboratively as part of a team.
