Job Title: Commercial Demolition Supervisor
Location: Downtown Austin, TX (with travel to other job sites as needed)
Pay: $30+ per hour, based on experience
Job Type: Temp to Hire / Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, typically starting at 7:00 AM
Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Commercial Demolition Supervisor to oversee operations at job sites across the Austin area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial demolition, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage crews safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate demolition activities on-site
Ensure compliance with safety standards and job specifications
Communicate effectively with crews, project managers, and clients
Maintain accurate records and reports using digital tools and apps
Inspect tools and equipment, ensuring proper usage and maintenance
Conduct job site assessments and safety meetings
Manage schedules and ensure timely project completion
Requirements:
OSHA 30 Certification (required)
First Aid/CPR Certification (preferred)
Bilingual/Spanish & English (preferred)
Valid Driver’s License and clean background
Strong leadership and communication skills
Tech-savvy – comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and software for reporting and communication
Prior experience supervising commercial demolition crews
