Scope of work:
Project Cleanup
Water/Ice/Cup distribution
Elevator Operators
Dumpsters
Trash Sorting
Gate Watch
Wheel Cleaning
Fire Extinguishers distribution & maintenance
And a few other misc items
Requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish
Proven experience as a foreman in the construction industry
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSHA guidelines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Budgeting labor hours
Comfortable in multi tasking
Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Strong work ethics
