We’re building out a full dry utility crew in the Austin area and need experienced tradesmen ready to work! These are full-time positions with competitive pay and long-term potential.
OPEN POSITIONS & PAY:
Superintendent/Foreman – $48/hr
Lead Hoe Operator – $29/hr
Backfill Hoe Operator – $27/hr
Loader Operator – $27/hr
Pipelayer – $27/hr
Pipelayer Helper – $23/hr
Laborer – $21/hr
Laborer/Water Truck Operator – $21/hr
✅ REQUIREMENTS:
Must have experience in dry utility or underground utility work
Reliable transportation to job sites around Austin
Able to work outdoors and handle physical labor
Operators must have machine experience
Water Truck Operators need a valid driver’s license
OSHA 10 REQUIRED
