Retail commercial construction company hiring Entry Level Assistant Superintendents to help oversee projects with fast turnarounds. Attention to detail, commitment to the project, and available to travel at least two weeks away from home at a time are requirements. Growth potential.
We are a medium sized company doing retail construction for a national corporation. Our main office is located in Terrell, Tx with a satellite office in Cedar Creek, Tx. Our projects range from $50,000-$2,000,000, with projects rarely going past 9 weeks.
Must have a reliable vehicle and some construction experience. The Assistant Superintendent position will help monitor jobs, correspond to Superintendents and Project Managers, send daily reports and photos/videos, and help keep job site clean and on schedule. Assistant superintendent has growth potential and assists the Superintendent in managing the project and picks up material.
