Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM option) with flexibility after the training period.

Job Description:
As a Shipping and Configuration Tech, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products are configured correctly and shipped out efficiently. You will work with the team to handle incoming orders, configure systems for shipping, and maintain inventory accuracy. This is an entry-level position with room to grow, offering the opportunity to expand your skills in both logistics and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive orders via our CRM system
Configure products based on order specifications (networking skills are a plus)
Manage inventory and ensure proper tracking of products
Prepare and ship products to ensure timely delivery
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and order fulfillment
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications:
Entry-level position, training provided
Experience with CRM systems (specific CRM experience not required but a plus)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Networking skills or an interest in learning networking concepts
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
