Seeking 1099 subcontractors for bath installations. Our workload is increasing, and we need skilled contractors who will show up to work. This position is paid as a 1099 contractor. Work is located within Austin/Central Texas.
Requirements:
Be reliable, knowledgeable, and have integrity.
Be experienced and have work history installing baths.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have insurance and Worker's Compensation.
Responsibilities:
Install home remodeling products according to standards and procedures.
Apply finish work as needed for every application.
Communicate with management at the end of the installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
Complete job checklists with homeowner at completion. Upload completion documents to Slack using your smartphone.
Bilingual a plus.
