Experience or no experience required! Positive attitude and willing to travel with clean background.
Fiber splicing technician will be responsible for:
- Installation of both OSP and ISP fiber optic cable infrastructure.
- Prep/fusion splicing single and ribbon from 6cts to 864+ct fibers inside underground and aerial enclosures or patch panels in telecommunication rooms.
- Testing and troubleshooting fiber with OTDRs and PMs.
- Bucket truck operation.
- Professional interaction with customers.
Locations: full time employment in Austin TX and Victoria TX.
