We are needing to hire a Floor Tech lead that will lead a team to maintain and restore floors using company equipment like buffers and extractors, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include technical guidance, staff training, equipment maintenance, and reporting, all while adhering to company policies, safety protocols, and client requirements.
Required Work Experience:
A minimum of two years of custodial experience, including two years of floor maintenance, is often required. Must oversee floor services such as scrubbing, stripping, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing hard surface, as well as carpet cleaning.
Communication:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and management.

Other:
A valid driver's license and must be able to pass a background check | Supervisor will commute the Floor team in company van or truck. This job will require you to travel out of Austin, Texas during weekdays or weekends.
