Perform typical day porter duties at retail shopping centers. Duties to include but are not limited to emptying trash cans and wiping down trash can lids, window mullions and site furniture, return shopping carts to tenants, cleaning up liquid spills as needed, pick up trash from landscaping/grass islands, ensure dumpster enclosure is clear of debris, report items such as graffiti or illegally dumped debris/furniture, pick up large items in dumpster enclosure and throw away, clean vacant spaces (sweep, flush p-traps and wash interior and exterior windows), clean fire riser rooms and common corridors as needed.
Must have a clear driving record, valid Texas driver’s license, legal to work in the United States and be able to pass a background check. Dependable Vehicle.
