Trifecta Services Company is seeking skilled Demolition Heavy Equipment Operators to join our growing Austin TX team as a leader in the demolition and environmental space. Key Responsibilities:
Operate heavy demolition equipment, including excavators, shears, concrete processors crushers, and other specialty demolition equipment.
Routine Maintenance and greasing of the machine you are operating.
Execute demolition plans while adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate project tasks.
Monitor job sites for hazards and report any safety concerns.
Qualifications:
Proven experience operating heavy demolition equipment.
Asbestos license and drivers license is a plus
The ability to get to and from project sites on your own.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and practices in demolition.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and demolition plans.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Bilingual is a plus.
