We have a kitchen countertop remodel coming up next week.
Must be available at least 4 hours each day, all of next week: Monday, November 24th - Sunday, December 1st. (Except for Thanksgiving day, November 28th).
I need someone who has done these jobs before and has references:
Demolish old tile countertops and backsplash.
Lay new plywood and greenboard in prep for new countertops and backsplash.
Light prep island - minor carpentry.
Retrofit farmhouse "apron" sink to fit into old cabinets. (Must have previous experience retrofitting farmhouse sink.)
Tile work.
Simple electrical (wiring in under-cabinet lighting).
Simple plumbing (sinks, faucets, shower faucets, etc.)
Patch drywall and texture.
Install doors.
Must Speak English.
Must be punctual and come on time.
Must be willing to communicate DAILY by text.
Must have a truck.
Must work at a fair and quick pace, and have experience doing plumbing, electric and carpentry.
$35 per hour. Some jobs will be bids, others will be paid by the hour.
