Looking for general help in large yard. It's about 4-6 hours a week. Can also swap rent for work for an efficiency room. Room has a private entrance, private bath, large frig, microwave and nu-wave hot plate. Room is about the size of a dorm room. MUST have weed eater, shovel, rake.
