We are looking to fill this role immediately
Minimum 20 hours a week.
This role will involve some feeding of bunnies, turtles, cats, and toads.
Must be comfortable with handling animals and working on/near a ranch environment.
Daily Responsibilities:
1x a week in addition to the daily duties
Light Housekeeping at a couple of our other properties in Bastrop, TX in addition to the Cedar Creek house
(Can be any day of the week, roughly 25 min drive from Cedar Creek property and the other two properties are within 5 min of each other in Bastrop)
Cedar Creek Property:
- Laundry 1x a day for a family of 4 including bedding & clothing
- Meal prep for a family of 4 (2 children) - tree nut, dairy, and gluten allergies
- Breakfast (4 people)
- Lunch (2 children's lunch boxes)
- Dinner (4 people)
- Housekeeping around the house
- Making sure all children's rooms are tidied
- Clean bathrooms
Overseeing of tenants on property to make sure that their ranch duties are being completed for the week which will be communicated.
Those duties include and vary:
- Feeding cattle
- Filing up food feeder for the fish in the pond
- Filling up the gas for ATV and Tractor
- Turning compost
- Maintaining the trails around property
- Filing food feeder for deer season
Property #1 in Bastrop: (1x a week)
- Refilling water fountains
- Laundry - this is for one person (this is a guest home)
- Water plants
- Air filters to be changed 1x a week
- Clean bathroom
Property #2 - (1x a week - 5 min from other Bastrop property)
- Clean bathroom only
