Balcones Country Club – Operated by Arnold Palmer Golf Management – Is looking to bring on a Building Maintenance Manager to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning. We are known as being “The Club That Has the Most FUN” and pride ourselves for our creative approaches to Member events, Team member development, and problem-solving.
We will be happy to meet with candidates who have the following attributes:
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems for repairs
Ability to prioritize tasks and plan for preventative maintenance
Possess manual dexterity and physical stamina
Self-motivated/ no excuses
Want to be a part of something bigger than themselves
Positive attitude and high level of grit
Desire to learn, grow and develop everyday
Growth mindset and desire to get better every day

Compensation and benefits include:
$20-$25 per hour year based on experience
