Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa, a premier luxury resort in the stunning Texas Hill Country, is seeking two dedicated maintenance professionals to join our team. We have openings for General Maintenance Engineer I and II, suited for highly skilled individuals committed to maintaining our resort's high standards.
General Maintenance Engineer I:
Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and complex maintenance across our facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Troubleshoot equipment, manage refrigeration and HVAC systems, and work independently in various environments.
Qualifications: Prior maintenance experience (hotel or commercial preferred), familiarity with safety standards, good communication skills, and ability to work various shifts. HVAC and Electrical licenses are preferred.
General Maintenance Engineer II:
Key Responsibilities: Maintain mechanical items in guest rooms and public areas, perform preventive maintenance on laundry and kitchen equipment, and ensure operational effectiveness. Work on systems such as telephone switches, internet networks, and door lock systems.
Qualifications: Excellent problem-solving skills, knowledge of at least one building trade, and experience with general maintenance. Must be familiar with OSHA safety regulations and capable of handling various physical demands.
