The Acre is growing our team and looking for a few hard working kennel techs to join. Our ideal candidate has experience working in kennels, dog daycare or in the vet tech environment. We are looking for an immediate start date and will offer hands on training. Qualifications
Experience working with dogs is preferred - specifically large active dogs
Experience working in a customer facing role is preferred
Ability to work weekends and holidays (however not every weekend and holiday is required)
Has reliable transportation
We value experience in similar environment but even more important is a positive and hard working mindset with openness to grow and learn
Must be active and able to work outside in the heat

Responsibilities
Checking in and out customers on a daily basis
Feeding and medicating dogs
Consistently watching dogs on a daily basis
Walking dogs to play yard and facilitating a safe play environment by choosing accurate play groups
Capturing photos of dogs to post to our app
Careful attention to dogs emotional, physical and behavioral needs

Starting pay is typically $14-$16 but work experience will be taken into consideration during the interview.
Available Shifts (fully time and part time available)
Morning 6:45am - 2pm
Evening 1pm - 7pm
