We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about outdoor maintenance, possess a strong work ethic & is a self starter. Ultimately this job role will transition into our foreman position.
Must have Valid Driver's License.
Duties:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding
- Assist with tree care including pruning and removal
- Operate hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in landscape maintenance, tree care, and hardscape projects
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Must have reliable transportation
