We are looking for commercial landscape crew leader. Our goal is to ensure that our clients' properties are well-cared for and visually appealing. This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina and a love for working outdoors.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of landscaping, lawn service, and groundskeeping workers.
Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping, lawn service, and groundskeeping needs.
Develop and maintain schedules for routine maintenance and special projects.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and handle any emergency situations that may arise.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Train new employees on proper techniques and safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
Inspect job sites regularly to ensure quality and resolve any issues.
