Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Lawn Care and Landscaping Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both lawn care and landscaping, with a strong work ethic and the ability to perform a variety of tasks to maintain and enhance our clients' outdoor spaces. If you enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for creating beautiful landscapes, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Perform regular lawn mowing, trimming, and edging
Conduct weed control and removal to ensure a tidy yard
Apply soil and mulch to garden beds to improve soil health and appearance
Fertilize lawns using eco-friendly products tailored to specific needs
Trim trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain health and aesthetics
Plant trees, shrubs, and flowers according to landscape designs
Build and install landscape features such as garden beds, stonework, and lighting
Design and implement front yard landscaping with lighting provisions
Lay path pavers and ensure proper installation and alignment
Perform seasonal yard cleanups, including leaf and debris removal
Operate and maintain lawn care and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and provide updates on project progress
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or a related field
Knowledge of lawn care techniques, equipment, and best practices
Ability to read and interpret landscape design plans
Experience with stonework, lighting installation, and path paver placement
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
valid driver's license and reliable transportation
