Position Overview
Enchantment is seeking energetic and reliable Holiday Installers to join our seasonal team. Holiday Installers are responsible for the safe transport, setup, and removal of décor at commercial client locations all the while bringing the holiday cheer! There are a few different positions of Holiday Installers, but all the positions require physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to following all company policies and safety procedures.
All Positions Main Responsibilities
Load, unload, and transport décor, boxes, and supplies.
Install, assemble, and secure décor on-site according to design specifications.
Follow all safety procedures for handling décor, tools, and equipment.
Maintain professionalism and uphold client property standards while on-site.
Ensure timely completion of installations and removals within assigned schedules.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee and Contractor Manual.
Specialized Positions Added Responsibilities:
Driver:
Safely drive company vehicles to and from client sites (if licensed/qualified)
Scissor Lift Operator:
Safely operate scissor lifts indoors and outdoors (if licensed/qualified).
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. You will need to drive yourself to several locations.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and standing for long periods.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude and punctuality.
Additional Qualifications:
Clean driving record & valid drivers license (not required for general Holiday Installer)
Previous experience driving 30ft box truck (not required for general Holiday Installer)
Scissor lift certification and experience (not required for general Holiday Installer)
Work Environment
Seasonal role, starting November 2 - December 2025, and January 2026
Fast-paced, hands-on, team environment.
Work occurs both indoors and outdoors at various commercial properties, hotels, and event spaces.
Work does not stop for bad weather, dress appropriately for the weather outside and with the provided uniform.
Additional Notes
All Holiday Installers are required to review, understand, and comply with the rules and policies set forth in the Enchantment Event Décor Employee and Contractor Manual.
All Holiday Installers should be prepared with their own lunch and snacks for their shifts.
