We are looking to hire 1 or 2 movers. Part time(15hrs-35hrs) and full time(40hrs+) is being offered.
Communication and Commitment is key. We can be flexible with schedules but OPEN availability is preferred.
Being a Moving helper(Mover) involves assembly/disassembly, packing, moving household furniture, office furniture, appliances, outside furniture, and the like on a daily basis!
Work is in Austin, throughout Texas, and some times out of state. Mainly in the central Texas area!
Sometimes we have work go out of town, you would need to be available and ready to work those moves as well.
Inquiries MUST be reliable committed, reliable, communicate, honest, trustworthy, athletic, use common sense, be a problem solver, have their own transportation, and their own cell phone.
Addition to the above, must be: -able to carry 100lbs+ up/down stairs-pay attention to detail-smart-customer oriented -respectful to customers/everyone-be on time-have a positive attitude at work with everyone around.
Experienced is best but can train as long you are willing to learn.
Pay is DOE. Hourly pay + tips! Moving Helpers start at $15-$18 an hour + tips. Moving Drivers start between $19-$22 an hour + tips. First 2 weeks would be a paid trial period @ $15 per hour to assess your commitment, skills and reliability. (With tips included, hourly can potentially be $5-$15 an hour more to your earned hourly wage)
We don’t offer a driving-only position.
Employee will be on a 1099 the first day they start and beyond! Paid by check on Monday’s unless it falls on a holiday-the next day.
