W3 Event Specialists, the event staffing leader for over 20 years in the Austin area, is looking for motivated individuals to fill security positions for ACL and Venues throughout Austin . We are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for Concertgoers, while maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere. We are not Police.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior experience in security or Customer service roles preferred(not required)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work long hours, nights, and weekends
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor crowds and ensure the safety of festivalgoers
- Enforce festival or Venue policies and procedures
- Manage access control points and check credentials
- Assist with crowd control and crowd management
